Deposits

Deposits are required to secure a booking. This is due on the day you book your appointment. I cannot hold appointments without a deposit due to no shows. This not only affects me as the artist, but other clients waiting. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Zip pay is available.

 

Cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you choose to reschedule, please allow 48 hours or more. Deposits are non refundable and only valid for 6 months. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

No show policy

Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit. You will be required to pay any future appointments in full before being rescheduled.
